The beginnings of Thomakis are humble, to say the least. For years, Christos had been wanting to feel a deeper connection to his Greek heritage, so he did what any good chef would do and went straight to the kitchen—and made Greek yogurt. When Christos tasted his first bite, he knew he had something special.
